Shipping Policy

SoulBae Merch is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. To protect your order, we strongly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance.
Order Insurance:
For your peace of mind, we offer optional order insurance. You can add insurance to your order during checkout by selecting it under "Shop" in the "Extra" Tab.
If Your Package Is Lost or Damaged:

Insured Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit and you purchased insurance, SoulBae Merch will handle the claim process for you.

Uninsured Packages: If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but you did not purchase insurance, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS). We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen uninsured packages.
Refund Policy
All custom sales are final. If you have any issues or discrepancies with your custom order, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@soulbaemerch.com.
